Experience

Manvi Rathod is a Consultant at Crowell Global Advisors in Singapore. Trained as a lawyer in India, she brings a strong background in law and public policy, with a focus on gender, health, and technology. She is particularly interested in how law and policy can be applied to design more inclusive and resilient systems.

Before joining Crowell Global Advisors, Manvi was selected as one of 50 fellows for the prestigious LAMP Fellowship at PRS Legislative Research, where she worked as a legislative assistant to a Member of the Indian Parliament. As a legislative assistant, she made complex policy issues more accessible by translating research into clear, practical insights that informed legislative interventions and public debate. She drafted speeches, parliamentary questions, and private member bills on issues of national importance including digital literacy and access, mental health, women’s political representation, maternal and child health, and immunization policy.

Manvi holds a Master’s in Public Policy from the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore, where she was a Li Ka Shing Scholar. She earned her Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from Pravin Gandhi College of Law, University of Mumbai, and was admitted to the All India Bar in 2021.
